General Information
Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the venue, that includes the entrance hallway
We provide a shop for cold drinks, Tea, coffee, chocolate, sweets and crisps. There are many food establishments locally, McDonalds, KFC, Fish & Chips and Pizza (can be delivered).
Racing will be on EOS carpet measuring approximately 20.5 x 20 metres.
Mains power is available for the principle purpose of charging batteries.
There are separate heats and regulations for the classes listed. Classes will run subject to a minimum of 8 drivers booked across the series for that particular class. Where possible the Midland Raceway rules are based on those used at National level meetings, i.e BRCA. It is the drivers responsibility to ensure their car is compliant with the appropriate rules and regulations.
Practice – There will be opportunity for practice on Saturday afternoon at the cost of £10.00. Additionally there will be practice on Sunday morning as soon as we open.
Qualifying and Finals – 4 Rounds of qualifying with 2 best rounds to count, with 50 points awarded for qualifying and 50 points awarded for Finals.
Additive – No Additive to be used.
Motors – 13.5t stock Blinky will all have handout motors. These are to be handed back after each meeting.
Batteries – Lipo’s must be charged in a fireproof bag according to BRCA rules.
We have a maximum 10 amp charge and discharge limit.
Scrutineering
Please ensure your cars are put in for scrutineering before your race. Failure to do this can result in loss of time. Failing scrutineering in 3 consecutive qualifiers can result in loss of time.

The Series – The event has a provisional maximum of 70. Broken down into classes as below

Adjustments to these numbers may occur should some classes be more popular than others.

Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your entry this should be communicated by sending an email to the clubs email address. Other means of communication will not be accepted.
If you cancel your entry 10 days before race meeting any racing fees will be returned via Paypal transfer.
If you cancel your entry 9 days before race meeting NO refunds will be given.
